COMMUNIQUE-IMPORTANT INFO ON BUILDING INTERIOR WORK

Thank you all for your patience and cooperation during the past six weeks as refurbishment of the common areas has been underway. The good news is, it's almost complete. The bad news is there will be noise due to second floor concrete repairs on Wednesday, August 18 beginning at 8:00 AM. Additionally, there will be NO access to the first and second floor lobbies as follows: Thursday-Friday, August 19-20: The lower lobby will be closed while tile work is being done. Residents and guests will be able to access the garage by exiting through the second floor lobby doors and re-entering through either the pier gate or the stairs leading to the garage from the upper parking area. Residents also are strongly encouraged to avoid walking on the lower lobby floor over the weekend. Monday-Wednesday, August 23-25: The upper lobby will be closed while tile work is being done. Residents on floors 3-6 will be able to access their mail boxes by using the third floor north stairwell to get to the second floor. Residents of the south end of the second floor will need to use the south stairwell to the third floor and walk to the north stairwell. To exit and enter the building, all residents must use the lower lobby and use the elevators. Second floor residents will need to get off on the third floor and use the appropriate stairwell to gain access to their units. Confused yet?
