Based on Pilot House resident feedback the Dock Committee proposed changes to the Rules & Regulations regarding houseguest vessels, which the Board of Directors approved on November 16. Below is a summary of the changes:
9.1 Dock is a limited common element managed to accommodate the community and is a dock and not a marina.
9.5 Houseguest vessel stay limited to 4 days with $150/day fine for overage, and vessel owner will sign hold harmless statement.
9.22 Sponsor limited to two houseguest vessels at a time, and vessel may not be unmanned overnight or for greater than 6 hours.
9.24 Houseguests may not use limited common elements unless accompanied by sponsor or Pilot House resident.
9.25 Only routine maintenance may be performed on houseguest vessels.
9.27 Dock Committee will send communique informing residents of the arrival and sponsor of houseguest vessels.

Does routine maintenance exclude washing the vessel?
Will they continue to pay for 50/30 amp connection fee?
Thanks
